- Sudeco sets up a process that supports you and your employees in defining your goals and developing your own strategies. Opportunities and risks are analysed in a participatory manner and viable and resilient solutions are formulated together.
- Once the objectives have been defined, SUDECO takes over the development of strategy recommendations and sustainable approaches for you. Success is measurable. Quantitative targets operationalise your strategies and ensure actual implementation. Ideally, this module is integrated in addition to other modules and indicators are defined ex-ante. However, we also evaluate ongoing or completed projects, including ex-post indicators.

- Indicators that make the short, medium and long-term implementation of the strategy measurable and therefore verifiable can be developed as early as the creation of a future concept and new organisational strategies. The definition of points in time at which certain values are achieved ensures the implementation of the strategy. The associated process of small-scale operationalisation of the overall strategic concept also checks the validity and plausibility of the strategic assumptions for the future.

SUDECO, short for SUstainable DEvelopment COncepts, is a consulting agency that supports private and public organisations in strategic future planning - and the name says it all.
SUDECO was founded in Paris in 2015. The agency has been based in Dettingen an der Iller since 2021.
Our core expertise lies in combining the respective client's interests and ideas for the future with scientific facts and sophisticated scenarios about future environmental developments and the associated political, social, and economic consequences.
